In line with our policy to improve our products and manufacturing output, we invest regularly in upgrading our machinery and in buying the latest technology in the market.

One of our latest investments was the introduction of laser cutting machines in our workshops. These machines are digitally operated thus guaranteeing precision and fine finishing.

With such technology, no logo is impossible to cut, no matter how complicated and small it is. One of the great advantages of the laser cutting machines is that the edges that are laser cut have utomatically a high polished finish. This is of great benefit since such high finish will also be present on the interior of small internal holes, something that is impossible to achieve in such a fine state manually.

But the laser machines does not only cut acrylic but also engrave it. This is achieved by controlling the laser beam so that it will not burn right through the acrylic as it does when cutting, but stops midway. By using the combination of cutting and engraving, beautiful and impressive labels and signs can be achieved.

All types of acrylic material can be laser cut and engraved, but the most impressive is the transparent fluorescent type as can be seen in the images on this page.
