Skyline Plastic Works, Manufacture - Signs, Acrylic Blown Boxes

One of our specialities and a product we designed ourselves - a sign box made entirely of blown acrylic, shaped by heating the material. This kind of hanging sign is very popular and effective and comes in more then fifteen different sizes and shapes. We also manufacture and sell these blown boxes as they are, that is, without any letters or logos, thus giving you the opportunity of a Do-it-Yourself sign.

Although these signs are generally manufactured in white acrylic, any other colour from our vast selection of acrylic colours can be used. This can be said also for the letters/logo you decide to make on the facials of these signs, although the material to be used does not have to be strictly acrylic, but any other material can be used, example vinyl stickers.

The blown box signs are generally used hanged; therefore this is technically a double sided sign. But should like to use this sign fixed to the wall, using just one side, we can accommodate you without any problems.

We manufacture two shapes of Blown Boxes: Rectangle or Circle, but with various different sizes. We also developed various methods to hang these signs, according to the size, shape or your particular requirements.

The signs are illuminated by internal neon tubes affixed with the metal structure that holds together the whole sign and from which the sign hangs.

A very impressive sign is when we group together a number of individual small blown boxes to form one whole sign. Check it below on the 'Argyll' sign.
